President and Founder – John L. Spenser, F.C.A.

Equivalent to a CPA in the United States, John is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in the United Kingdom.

While John’s forte is in Database Design with particular attention to Pervasive SQL, Microsoft SQL and Oracle, John has also authored software going back to the days of CPM Micro and has programmed ALGOL and COBOL through to .NET.

In addition to his consulting endeavors, John has held prominent positions in the UK and US managing Finance, IT and Operations. Bringing innovative solutions to each business which are maintained through today.

VP of Business Development – Brenda McIntyre

As Vice President of Business Development Brenda holds overall responsibility for ensuring our clients receive an exceptional experience throughout our partnership. She has more than 20 something years interfacing with customers and has a knack for understanding customer requirements and applying that knowledge to the design of applications and databases. Brenda also has a strong project management background with extensive experience managing and directing teams of developers and has worked with IBM Global Services, EDS and several offshore companies in Eastern Europe and India.

Prior to joining Douglas Consulting, LLC, Brenda was Co-CIO/AVP Information Services at Hooper Holmes, Inc. Her primary role was to manage the IT interface with external customers.
